Admission Documents

All admission forms for the 2026/27 school year must be completed
and returned by Saturday, August 8, 2026.
You may mail them to the school or give them to a Class Rep during any of our Summer Playdates.

Please download fillable PDFs and (preferably) type answers via computer, or handwrite clearly and print out each form so they can be added to your physical file. The state of Colorado requires us to have all forms printed and on-hand in each child’s file.
